Celebrate with Free Balloons Illustrations
Want to transfer your free Balloons Illustrations onto any surface? Try waterslide decals! Print your designs onto the shiny side of the waterslide paper, cut them out and sink the images into a bowl of water. Leave them for however long the manufacturer's instructions dictates. Once ready, remove from the water and place onto your project, slide and gradually remove the paper base of the decal leaving the translucent top foil with your image on it in place. Use a paper towel to remove any excess water and leave to dry!

Click apply and the offset will appear as a new layer in the layers panel.
