If you want your finished project to stand out then a great way to do this is by adding some hand embroidery to your designs - you can use stitches to outline an image, highlight a certain section or to just bring some texture to the piece.
To make things as easy as possible for yourself you’ll want to get an embroidery hoop, this helps to hold the fabric tight and stabilise it for the stitching. Once you’ve got the section you're working on in the embroidery hoop you make a knot in the end of your embroidery floss and start stitching from the back of the fabric to the front. There are so many different stitches you can use (have a look atYouTube for some inspiration) but even a basic straight stitch will look amazing.
